First of all this was my first time shooting at this range. Yes the staff was great, the range very clean. I am perplexed by the difference in pricing. I live in Phoenix and am a member of a range. We pay a set fee similar to the ones there in Tucson. The only difference is that we don't have to pay an additional fee (5.00) everything we go.
